Ms. Clark has served as City Clerk since December,
2001.  Ms. Clark has over 24 years experience in
the City Clerk's office, where she began as a
Deputy City Clerk in 1988.  Ms. Clark serves as
Municipal Clerk, Municipal Tax Collector and
Municipal Court Clerk, and is the supervisor over
the Community Service Program and the City
Auditorium.  Ms. Clark directs over 10 employees
who provide the public with courteous and efficient
services.  Ms. Clark is responsible for and performs
administrative, supervisory and professional
assistance work in planning, coordinating and
directing the activities and operations of the City
Clerk's Office.  As Chief Financial Officer for the City, Ms. Clark advises the Board of Mayor and Commissioners on fiscal matters and advises all departments concerning their respective budgets.  Ms. Clark works under the general guidance of and direction of the Board of Mayor and Commissioners and is under the daily supervision and direction of the Mayor.
