Mr. Jones has served as Director since October, 2006.
Mr. Jones has over 18 years experience with the City,
where he began as a Truck Driver Crew Chief in 1994.
Mr. Jones directs over 25 committed employees.
Mr. Jones plans, organizes and supervises the functions
and activities of the Public Works Department which
consists of clerical, Street Department, Street Marking
Department, Inspections Department, Waste Collection
Department and the Waste Disposal. Mr. Jones works
under the general guidance of and direction of the
Board of Mayor and Commissioners and is under the
daily supervision and direction of the Mayor.
