State Representative Orlando Paden, Melvin Miller, Clarksdale City Attorney, and Cathy Clark, Clarksdale City Clerk, met at the Capitol to hear from the Lieutenant Governor Delbert Hosemann and Nathan Wells, Assistant to the Speaker of the House, while attending Mississippi Municipal League Mid-Winter Conference in Jackson, Mississippi along with Clarksdale Mayor Chuck Espy, Commissioner Edward Seals, and Police Chief Sandra Williams January 14th through the 16th,2020.
